REACHING THE NEEDY.... service projects/giving ideas...etc.
As a S.C. believer for the last 10 years, I am always amazed at when, where, how and to whom God asks us to give. I love listening to the Holy Spirit and following his lead.
Jesus specifically instructed His disciples to take care of the orphans and the widows, and to feed the poor.
This forum is for all of you here on simple church that have service projects, ministries, a hand in your communities or abroad that reach these people groups.... orphans, widows (or divorcees), feeding, clothing the poor. Please list our your activities, with whom you are associated (or not), current projects that need funding and contact information on how to contact you/donate. I am interested to see how God can prick our hearts to give into each other's mission activities and see what God will do.
**PLEASE, only activities/projects/ministry that is already in action, (No brainstorming here, just the facts)

We at Ebenezer Ministries International, Inc., are constantly gathering 16 ft. enclosed trailer loads of clothing to be processed and sent out to various locations like Hurricane Ike victims, Katrina victims in New Orleans 9th Ward, Haiti, Israel, Honduras and our ever present mission to the Texas/Mexico border.
Construction projects are coming to completion here at our ministry center with MANY new volunteers asking to come alongside us. Susan and I are finalizing our L.I.F.E. seminar. Our team does prophetic deliverance at least once a month with many waiting in the "pipeline." Speaking engagements are being booked locally and in other states.
We minister to college students and adults through a weekly Open Church gathering. A network of Simple Church gatherings is developing in 5 neighboring towns.
We are believing and asking for more funds to pour through here. It takes lots of money to do what we do. As people give of their time, talents and money we all end up winning! They win, we win, and the recipients win! What a way to live! Sharing the blessed life with others!!! Anyone else want to get involved?
We are NOW receiving donations to help 20 orphans in Liberia celebrate Christmas!
