Comment by Johanna on October 23, 2012 at 2:36pm Hi from New Zealand (downunder!). My name is Johanna and we are taking a rest from institutional/traditional church. We have a loose network of like-minded friends but no set meeting times.
We're trying to encourage our friends to bring raw food so we can create a meal, salad, or soup together. No standing in the kitchen by yourself, but doing the old-style communal meal preparations together - a great time of encouragement and fellowship over the peelings!

Anne, low fat chicken would need the skin peeled off - before (or after) cooking. I do a chicken casserole with veges (carrot, onion, corn, etc with some chili, garlic and ginger) and at the end a squeeze of lemon and some grinds of pepper.
