Then came to Jesus the mother of Zebedee's children with her sons worshipping and desiring a certain thing and Jesus said unto her, "what want you?" she answered saying unto Him, "grant that these, my two sons may sit the one on Your right hand and the other on Your left hand in the Kingdom" but Jesus answered and said,"you know not what you ask. Are you able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? you shall drink indeed of My cup and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give but for whom My Father has prepared.
Jesus asked the woman if she would be able to drink of the cup that He had to drink meaning being of righteousness and to be baptized with the baptism which is the baptism of the Holy Ghost cause we as parents are to set the stage for our children and then He goes on to tell her that it is not His place to place the people into position in the Kingdom it is His Father's place to do that.
