A new and different community called Missional Tribe started a few days ago. The Entire community is centered around blogging, but has groups etc. I have set up a group there called "Simple Missions," and invite any of you to join. Please click HERE to find out more.

I am pleased to find a network like this and hope to both learn and contribute. My wife and I are full-time Missionaries in the Rain Forest region of Ecuador. I think our region is prime for the organic expression of Church

After an invite from a brother from one of our house church bodies here in New Hampshire, I have been a member of SimpleChurch less than a week now.

I am very gald to find House2Harvest, maybe God will lead us in a way here to resolve some troubles.

I need counsel to find the proper brethren, and to fill some needs in service to Christ in Isaan, Thailand.

I have lived in Udon Thani for about two years out of the past three years.
My hearts desire a way to bring Christ's life and ways to the Thai.
I am being met with disappointments after disappointments and one in particular is the apathy of the religeous that I have encountered there. They live a very high class life style, but not a measure of compassion, while they build church buildings and teach their doctrines in God's name.
My simple observations, no cross, no love.

I have a Thai wife there, she is 55 years old and I am 58. My wife has been a Christian since 1967. Truth is something that has taken her heart. I learn from her and she from me.
There are many obsticles to move as I see it.

But first I need to find some support and guidence before I could return to Thailand.

Would anyone be interested?
And can someone reading me here point me to the right source for help?

I am following up to the meeting held in the hotel room of Tony and Felicity Dale regarding cooperation btwn mega-churches and house churches (held at the House2Harvest conference). I am approaching a large church in the DFW area that I am associated with, and I would like to receive more info regarding the outcome of that meeting (I had to leave 30 minutes into it).

More specifically, I am interested in learning about exactly HOW mega-churches and house churches are working together successfully anywhere in the world (Wolf mentioned two when I was there: one in Germany and another in India.) Has there been any follow up to that meeting? Any way to obtain more info? Any help would be great.

We mainly focus on reaching the unreached peoples and widows and orphans.
