Hey gang, let's start a page where we list all of the house churches gathering in South Carolina so that those who are interested can contact the groups about checking it out.

We meet in Columbia every other Sunday evening at 6pm (starting February 15th).

We are in Orangeburg, where we normally meet somewhere on Saturday evenings at 6 for meal & Jesus. We are working with a team to plant a congregation near Blythewood that is meeting on Fridays at 7 with a meal & Jesus.
We are talking with a Christian organization called Apartment Life and will be placed in an apartment complex as a CARES Team, which is responsible for building community in the complex - and allows us to build relationships trusting God to open doors for the Gospel. There are a couple potential places in NE Columbia that we could wind up at. If we do, we might be interested in getting involved with the Blythewood church. Either way, we would certainly love to partner in ministry and fellowship. If we can help out with the plant in any way, including providing resource, let me know.
We are in Pickens and we meet on Sunday mornings at 10:00. We currently have a small group of believers and hope to find others who are like mind to meet with or network with.
We are curently meeting Sunday nights at 5 p.m. in the Seneca/Walhalla/Oakway area for food and Jesus :)
We are in Aiken and would be interested in starting a homechurch. Have not met a lot of people in the area that are interested in HC but would love to connect.
I hope that all of you guys in the upstate can network together a little bit. John and Gloria, I thought I saw a few others from the Aiken area in simplechurch. If you input "Aiken" into the search bar, it should bring up everyone from Aiken.
Hi Tom. Diane and I, missionaries to Germany for 13 + years, just returned for 1-2 years of "Home Assignment" and studies at CIU. Father directed our steps to an apartment off Broad River Road, just before the Broad River bridge (on the left as one heads into the city). We've been following TheGodJourney for a number of months now and would love to connect with others involved with simple church ministry.
What happended with the CARES team to apartment complex ministry? When would the next fellowship gathering be AFTER August 19th? (We're traveling outside of SC until then.)
In the Arms of Grace,
Ted
There may be something good happening among some brothers in Fort Mill, SC, and/or Tega Cay, SC. (Suburbs of Charlotte, NC.)

We are apart of a group in western Horry Co., Conway Loris area. No scheduled of meetings. We are building relationships. When we gather as a group, we usually have a pot luck dinner, and talk or play. Sometimes we will eventually gather and have a discussion and pray. Maybe even sing and worship some. Nothjing formal. Very relaxed. We are still in the begining stages. It's been good getting to know oneanother.
We are meeting every Friday @ 7pm in Edmund. Our intent is to build two church planting teams.
Hi, everyone! I expect you may be wondering why a Brit has joined you. Well, my family go back a long way to the first settlers to the Carolina colony, when a Thomas Drayton Jr arrived from Barbados in April 1679. You may have heard of Drayton Hall and / or Magnolia Gardens. If you access my website - www.grimke.co.uk - which has the title: From Slavery To Reconciliation, you'll understand my passion for bringing people together - descendants of slave-owners and slaves! On facebook I've set up a group called "The Drayton Fellowship". We've already since April exceeded 250 members - worldwide, most with connections either to South Carolina or Barbados or both. I'm organizing a trip to Charleston over the Labor Day weekend - 5-7 September. We'll be visiting Drayton Hall and Magnolia Gardens. I would very much appreciate your prayers, especially for the time leading up to the visit as well as during it and afterwards. Already through family research amazing connections have been made. I am utterly convinced that Father is guiding us through this journey of faith. Since I've come out of the box, I believe that this fellowship works best in homes - not in churches! Jesus is after all the guest! I shall be in Charleston from the 4th thro 13th September. For 4 days I shall have a hired car so that I can get around and further afield than I might have expected. My hosts are out at work all day. God bless you all or should I say y'all!! My email address is: grimke@hotmail.co.uk. I'm also on Skype, if that is useful for you. Please remember that we are inconveniently 5 hours ahead of EST!
We are in the Spartanburg area. We would love to meet with other like-minded believers in the upstate for fellowship.
We have horses and are currently looking for a horse farm, but as soon as we get relocated, maybe some cookouts,
and trail rides would be in order. Glory to God! Please keep us in your prayers. Visit us on the web:
