I Am Revival

“Jesus replied, “And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition?”

you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition.

“You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you:
‘These people honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
They worship me in vain;
their teachings are but rules taught by men.‘ ”
- Matthew 15:3-9 (emphasis mine)

Jesus was very clear that the traditions of man can nullify the effectiveness of the Word of God in a person’s life. Over the last few years that we have spent seeking the revealing of the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven, we have seen this more times than I would like to even think about.

This page is dedicated towards the exposing, destroying, and debunking ‘religious’ ideas, doctrines, and traditions that keep God’s people in bondage.

These things are what we, and many others, have coined with the phrase “sacred cows”. Religious and doctrinal idolatry that usually makes a lot of noise when you start going after it.

A cow is only good at producing one thing–milk. Baby food. It’s no wonder we’ve got so much carnality in the church today…everybody is still feeding on milk (1 Cor. 3).

You can only get meat out of a cow by killing it!

Here you will find audio teachings, writings, and links to articles whose purpose is to bring Biblical Truth and revelation to the minds of all who hear the message.

Everything here will have the potential to offend the hearer–Truth is offensive to those who are believing lies–however, it is our prayer that you would humbly hear what it is that we have to say and weigh the words and the messages here in the Light of Scripture.

“Examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:21

Killing Sacred Cows

A sacred cow is protected from harm by the butcher, even when people are starving.
Religion has its own “sacred cows,” wrong beliefs that are kept alive no matter the cost. In this series, Andrew is taking them all to the slaughterhouse.

A Better Way To Pray

Prayer is something that every Christian knows they need to do but very few Christians feel like they have a successful prayer life.
There are many reasons for that. One of the big reasons believers struggle with prayer is because of all the wrong teaching they’ve received.
In this series, Andrew counters many modern religious traditions about prayer and establishes a foundation upon which a rewarding and effective prayer life can be built upon.

Living in the Balance between Grace & Faith

Grace and faith are often seen as opposing forces. The truth is that grace and faith are both essential ingredients in our walk with the Lord. However, emphasize either to the exclusion of the other and the imbalance will make it difficult to receive from God. This lack of understanding has led to much confusion, frustration, and disappointment in the Body of Christ.

The Sovereignty of God

God is sovereign in that He is all powerful and independent, but He has limited His sovereignty to His word. Whatever His word says is His will. If person believes that God sovereign in that He allows everything in their lives, they are submitting themselves to the works of the devil because they aren’t resisting them. Learn what the sovereignty of God really is and what part we have to play in His will coming to pass in the earth.

The War is Over

There have been many wars throughout history, and more are yet to come. However, the most important one is over, and most Christians don’t even know it. Which war could that be? Listen as Andrew explains; it will change the way you relate to God forever.

You’ve Already Got It!

Most Christians believe God CAN do anything, but they don’t believe that He HAS done very much. They live their whole Christian lives seeking, trying to get the Lord to heal, deliver, bless, and prosper them; but He’s already done it. The true key to the Christian life is to quit asking and start believing and commanding. This series will challenge your beliefs, and if accepted, it will change your life.

Victorious Eschatology by Harold Eberle

It really is Great News...

Not long ago, I was contacted by an former member of the ministry I used to attend.  She contacted me online very discretely, not wanting too many people to know she was back in the country.  While in conversation she started commenting about how much she needed to get back to Church and about how far she was in her walk with the Lord.  She proceeded telling me about how bad she felt about the last few months.

I was saddened by the…

Mercy and Grace - The Woman Caught in the Act of Adultery?

I remember visiting a home group for one of the local churches I visit, where a lady and I struck up a conversation about God’s Mercy and Grace.

The explanations of mercy and grace I gave her, was that Mercy is when you don’t get what you deserve, and Grace is when you get what you don’t deserve.

To illustrate, if you are speeding on the road, and the police pull you over, and he does not give you a ticket.  That’s…

Hi Brook,

Nice to meet you!  I see you live near to my mom and that you are also friends with Brent Hart - what's the connection?  You look very familiar to me.  We are out of the country at the moment but we can link up when we return.

Till then!

Brook if non-believers are performing healing, in whose name/authority are they doing it? in which "god" do they believe?

Brook, in your response to Marshall and to Melissa concerning your report that you have witnessed unbelievers healing others, you say the following in order to explain how that can happen:  "Fallen Man still has a Level of Dominion over the Earth.  So Some healing can be performed by Unbelievers, usually not the demonic kind.

But more than that, the Miracles are a Work of Grace and testament to God's Love.  The Miracles and Healing Confirm the Word That is Preached, NOT the Individual. (Mark 16:20) Even Judas Iscariot performed Miracles Signs and Wonders, simply because his message was right, though his heart was far from the truth. Unbelievers can perform Healings, if they preach a message that God wants to heal or if they exercise their Dominion over none demonic illnesses. :)"

Do you wish to be understood to be saying that someone who has no life in Christ and in whom the Spirit does not dwell can heal the lame, blind, sick, whatever -- as long as he or she says the "right message"? If so, would you be willing to show from scripture where that is taught?

Do you also wish to be understood to be saying that the "right message" to be speaking is that "God wants to heal"? One says that message and then can be involved in exercising healing?

I'm doing my best to pay attention to your words, but it's possible to be missing your intended meaning.

Thanks for whatever help you can offer as scriptural teaching.

I've seen video like this before that records a circus of leg or arm stretching "in Jesus name", while it is not by the label of "Jesus" to which the Father is spoken highly -- rather the person-character of Jesus Christ (lost in your translation?).

The video lacks evidence that any of these folks believe beyond magic Jesus incantations: no message of Christ brought for repentance of sins; no one empowered to drop their nets or take up their cross to follow Him. Oblique absences that have long been classic markers for "Christian" foolery & fakery. Urge you to reconsider by the Spirit, if indeed you have received His Spirit in you.

At 7:23pm on August 18, 2011, Marshall Diakon said…
Healing accomplished by the will and purpose of God in Christ is what I am glad to see. By contrast, the "Jesus name" counterfeits [i.e., from the video posted] make a mockery of God and the gospel of His Son; often proclaim false or trite miracles; engendering psychology, hypnosis; various powers of darkness, incantations, etc. The real is associated with real faith, real saints, real work of the Holy Spirit that brings men to their knees (rather than seating them, robbing them, and/or pandering to them). The unbelieving do perform various signs & wonders, though not in/through the Holy Spirit. So then, your original point is mute to faithful men & women of God. Whom do you represent, and by whose command & commission do you come?
