'Busy' hardly describes it! We were 'Care Pastors' (elders). Inordinate amounts of time were spent on mostly fruitless endeavors that did nothing to build the Kingdom. The complex programs and outreaches would boggle your mind.

Since then, I have discipled/mentored the sheep that Father sent me, and they all go forth to do what is assigned to them with full assurance that they are vital parts of the Kingdom. I have always been very much aware of Ezekiel 34:2 "Son of man,prophesy,against the shepherds of Israel,prophesy, and say unto them,Thus saith the Lord God unto the shepherds;Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flock?"
