The Big Change
I am always amazed at how we as a culture hate change. Perhaps that is to bold of a statement, but nevertheless I think there is truth in it. My family is full of what I like to call change junkies. Your use of "models" to describe the diverse ways God's people organize their local assemblies is very insightful and I would encourage you to hold on to it as useful now and for the future as we all watch what God is doing in His world in these days of fantastic opportunities for the Church to be the Church.
