Thanks for connecting with me. My family and I have only been out of the institutional environment for a little over a month. But we've been gathering with other Jesus followers outside of the institution for over a year now. We've seen some come and go as they felt it wasn't for them. Some of us are in a deconstructive phase, deconstructing old traditions, thoughts, mentalities and lifestyles and are looking to connect with others and allow the Lord to reconstruct what He wants in our lives. That's a brief glimpse into my background. Message me so we can get to know each other a bit. Maybe we can have a chance to connect in Lawton or here in Altus in the near future.
You might also look at connecting with the Simply Follow (SF) Group here on SimpleChurch.com. (see my groups to find it) Steve OKC is the one heading that up and there are some good things there. I have other resources, websites, etc., that I could send your way if you're interested. Just let me know.
