All for One and One for All.

Regarding the difference between men and women, let’s go deeper than body parts. The Bible is clear that we are first and foremost “a spirit species” created in His image and eternal in nature. The spirit realm knows no gender. A male soul is not more valuable than female soul. Our bodies are simply containers, houses for our spirit. In this earthly dimension, we all look a little different on the outside, but the real point is that we contain Him and express His eternal nature and attributes.…See More

Inside Out

Remember the women’s libbers movement of the 70’s? A lot of water has passed under the bridge since then. There’s a hardness that comes when you demand your rights. Real liberation comes from inner transformation. When a woman knows her value in God and walks in His authority -powerful things happen. A daughter has no greater ally than a father who believes in her.

Case in point: Mary Lambert

Remember where you were when you learned of Elvis death and 9/11? Well, on Aug 20, 2006 I added to my infamy date list. I was eating breakfast and watching national network news. There was a feature on Mary Lambert, then 85 years old, from Watertown, NY,1st Baptist Church. She had just been fired from being a Sunday School teacher because she was a woman. Their problem was that she had already been teaching there for 30 years! Her pastor just said that he was trying to follow the Bible and it…See More

Sheila- Isn't it amazing how natural it CAN be to be salt and light? A friend from highschool moved to my city who I hadn't seen in 30 years...and early on in our chat I could tell she was interested to get together for fellowship--not…

How precious He is to meet each of us right where we are at -and breathe freedom and life into us as His daughters. We are called and anointed to hear His voice build His kingdom. I stand with you both as you respond to His wooing and invitation to…

LOVED the H2H conference. I came from a 'religious culture' that did not value women or what we had to bring to the body of Christ. We were good for watching the children, and for cooking meals. Other than that, we had little to bring to…

Pretty Awesome. It's amazing to see how our Father stirs the hearts of His daughters. I've recently moved my sewing biz into my home. This allows me so much more time to spend on the things that are important, and see where the Father…

Passion forward!

I just returned from the House2House national conference in Dallas, TX. Wow! Simple church women interested in forward momentum met together informally. Here’s what we’re passionate about:

Kathy (TX)- raising up next generation of women; Kathy (FL)-women in the workplace; Jan (IL)- women growing in their gifts, spiritual awakening and cultural transformation; Cindy (KS)- leaving a legacy, raising up godly women; Alice (KS)- kids and their moms; Kim (TX)- drug addiction & county… Continue

Are you aware of what is going on in Orissa? All the reports I am hearing are that things are getting worse. Hopefully we can be an encouragement. Pray for us if you think of it.
Blessings

Julie - I noticed you wanted a intro to Peg. I will introduce you as Peg and I have connected about a year ago via Felicity. We talk often on the phone. I'll encourage her to contact you. She spends a good amount of time on the Luke 10 website FYI. Hope your well.

Hi Julie, I just love these websites! I got messages from Julie & Rick to connect with you! What a pleasure! I'll send you a quick note instead of writing more here.
I'd love to hear more of what you are doing. I get a little "stuck" here in New Mexico, and the connections with all of you will be great!
Talk to you soon,
Peg

Hi Julie,
Question to ponder: Is the millennium doctrine now obsolete and unimportant? Please see www.bibleone.net/TheMillennium.htm. Thank you.

God bless,

Cindy
