Cool! I think we are grilling chicken. My husband is borrowing the dunk tank from the fire department so if your kids want to get wet, have them bring something to change into! See you there!

Our "home" church or "simple" church is only about 3 years old and I still feel like I am "detoxing" from the years of "traditional" church that I had been born into and raised up in. - Hi Kelli. I don't get on here much anymore. My wife and I are still interested in Simple church though. Learning how to actually be the church rather than simply attend church is a great way to describe the journey I think. I actually grew up in Niles and go there quite often. Are you a part of a simple church/fellowship in the area?

Sandy McCoy- Foust said… - Amen....his timing is always perfect....! And just for the journey ahead......Terry Jarbo...and John Walker are 2 very encouraging brothers to hear from...they have both blessed me so much in the 2 years I have been here!!...Their blogs give you strength to keep pressing on,....as we both know...the Lords timing, altho perfect can sometimes be.. slow in coming....haha...which makes us "dig in deeper" to hear what he is saying to our spirit...and these 2 exhorter's will be a breath of fresh air!!
