Cool project - Autumn Wreath!

As I shopped for autumn wreaths in stores, most were too pricey for a penny pincher like myself. So I decorated my own! I bought a plain $3 wreath from Walmart, some little pumpkins and fall leaves, and decorated it myself with a hot glue gun. Here is a link to one if you want some directions:

My MIL used to make pinecone wreaths, so she will hopefully teach me how to make one in time for Christmas!

Love never fails.

I enjoy sunsets, starry nights, roses, crisp fall days, the beach, my house, and life in general. My relationship with God is quite an exchange. I blather on for hours, and all He has to say is a couple of words and it all makes sense. Life is funny like that.

Merry Christmas to you as well Lindy. I gather you are getting ready for Christmas. I am well, thank you for asking. I was over at a neighbors today helping her with the appetizers for her churches progressive dinner. I like my neighbor, she is a nice lady.
Anyway, how are you and how is Adam. Please give my love to the both of you.

Lindy, thank you very much for replying and for reading my article. Don't worry I won't "pester" you with more comments. Just this last one, pardon me. I agree with you that loving God is the most important thing, our Lord said so. But everything I'm saying in that article is connected to that and does not preclude it. When we love God we will also obey what He says in His Word. And He says we should "grow in grace and in the KNOWLEDGE of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ" (2 Pet. 3:18). "All the counsel of God" (Acts 20:27) would include studying doctrine (2 Tim. 3:16,17). Mature faith comes by hearing the Word of God (Rom. 10:17). All these are for our own good, and I believe it is the will of God for His children. Of course we are already saved, whether or not we grow. But God is offering us more than salvation. The word of the kingdom is about things that are in store for us -- the inheritance which can be forfeited if we neglect it or do not value it like what Esau did. And the negative part of it is that we will be punished for not giving it due importance (the "outer darkness" to say the least). I hope the foregoing will serve as food for thought for you. I am praying that people in simplechurch will take this to heart.
Brother in Christ,
Edgardo

Hi Lindy,
I'm Edgar from the Philippines and a member of the Philippine Connection. I'd like to invite you to read my article at www.bibleone.net/TheMillennium.htm. The millennium doctrine is vital for Christians to understand. It has to do with the salvation of the soul, not spirit (1 Pet. 1:9; James 1:21; Heb. 10:39; Matt. 16:24-28). I'd appreciate a comment, but you are not obligated.
Thanks,
Edgar Meneses

What a beautiful site! I am looking forward to our next movie night. Did you get the email from Pam? I would also let to add, that we should have a magazine swap. I have a couple subscriptions, but I don't like to keep the magazines once I have thoroghly read them. So I would like to pass them on to others. If you have some bring them to the movie night for a magazine swap.
