Erin, I thoroughly enjoyed this article! Yes, I have even had to baptize believers in a bathtub before. When they realized how long it had been since they had professed their faith in Christ without the benefit of baptism, they requested it immediat…

Bonnie, I placed this piece on my Facebook page. I hope that's okay.

Bonnie, how clear and insightful are these words! Many of us "played church" far too long even with the voice of God in our ears pleading with us not to. What an absolute joy it has been to graduate to "being the church" 24/7...everywhere at all tim…

You are so right, Micheal. My purpose is just to encourage those of us who have had a lifetime to study and respect the English language. Of course, we all make mistakes sometimes, but it is not as bad here as it is with some other social networks.

Marion: I agree. It is hard enough to be understood in this format without the misspellings, misuses and omissions. I would, however, encourage those not as familiar with English to persevere. Peace from the NN's of the Earth, MIke

KINGDOM INSTITUTE ( A MENTORING PROGRAM )

The concept of SimpleChurch/HouseChurch/OrganicChurch is one that I have adhered to for nearly thirty years, even though I was credentialed through a large Institutional Church organi-
zation for a number of those years.

When properly formatted, it is the most natural setting in which to mentor disciples for the Kingdom of God. It is my consensus that the fellowship of believers was designed by the Spirit and Church Fathers to be lived in a more personal and intimate manner than can be realized in the Institutional Church setting. In such a close proximity masks are removed sooner, than later, so that true "body" life can be realized...healing, deliverance, growth, vision, sharing, and "one anothering."

My mentoring program is called Kingdom Institute. This program is designed to undergird God's people as they develop their relationship with the Father and His Body and come to know who they are in His unique family. The Lord refers to it as the "work" that He gave me as opposed to a "ministry." We have released seven strong groups since the mid 90's when I understood "multiplication" and diversity.

I am a poet and prophetess by calling and anointing. I am the author of four books. Two are presently out of print.: "The Making of a Servant" and "Poetry: A Prescription for Healing." My latest published book, "His Daughters Do Prophesy," can be purchased at BarnesandNoble.com or Amazon.com. I am completing my memoirs of thirty years of unorthodox and unheralded assignments called, "Without Apology: On Call for God."

I am a "divorcee," the mother of a grown son, Nigel, and the grandmother of one grandson, Jonathan. I also have a beautiful extended family of loving and godly people, including our warts and all.

I bless the "Church" in whatever form it manifests (Simple Church or Institutional Church) as long as it is fullfilling the Heart of the Father concerning His people...saved and unsaved.

Loving God and His People,
Marion Clark Ingram

It would be such a blessing if we would all strive to be a little more careful about our writing by making fewer mistakes. When so many words are misspelled or left out, it is difficult to fully understand what is being said. Just take a minute and double check. It's worth the effort, causes you to be taken more seriously, and allows God to be glorified through His children. Going higher...

Ambassadors of the Kingdom

A few weeks ago, our Fellowship bought some bright red tee shirts and had "LET'S PRAY!" printed on them in large black letters as a means to witness and to show forth our concern for our city when we're out and about or on specific missions.

As soon as the tornadoes and flash floods subsided h

GOD'S THEORY OF EVOLUTION

Taken from: "His Daughters Do Prophesy"

The greatest advocate of evolution is our Heavenly Father. He has stated emphatically that He made us in His own image. His Word says that He is Spirit and that those who worship Him must do so in Spirit and in truth. This seems to be such a tall order since man has been trained to observe temporal matters most of his life. But whatever God charges us with, He empowers us to do it. Jesus said, "My yoke is easy and my burdens are light." In God's p… Continue

Do You Have An Answer For Everything?

Do you know individuals who have an answer for everything, no matter what the subject? They seem to have no idea how tiring and how boring their input can become. Maybe the fact that we are a nation that upholds free speech causes us to have a sense of entitlement concerning our opinions.

I have often had to consider the question "To speak, or not to speak?" especially when being looked upon as a voice of authority in given situations. Well, truthfully, I actually had help because I w… Continue

CONSIDER...

JEREMIAH 9:23,24

"Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches. 24) But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, and that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgement, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord."

thank you so much for the encouraging comment! It was wonderful to get on a day when I've been having to "give it all to Papa!" What an adventure of a day! There was a time I would have freaked out with a day like today, lol. But now, knowing He really loves me, I'm just really looking forward to see where these things are all going - with Him, of course! And yes, your comment is a great reminder of His love: I do believe He sent it along today! So thanks for listening to Him! Yes!!!! Thank You, too, Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit! Amen!!!!

Hey Marion! It is so good to hear from you :)

Yes, life continues to be very good at the Inn so far for 2010! God is moving and shaking in new and wonderful ways. I have been journaling still but I have not been posting them. I have hesitated only because things seem to be "less interesting" for others to read... I have been praying about whether or not that should even be a consideration of mine... ? It just seems that the season of "adventure" has changed to a season of "intimacy" and I wonder how interesting that would be for others to read??

The B&B business has been REALLY slow so we have not had many guests at all but we can see in the reservations calendar that it will be picking up here in the spring and summer... so we are enjoying the quiet before the storm :)

Thanks again for your note to me... your prayers and words of wisdom are always welcome and appreciated!

Your sister and servant in Christ,
Linda :)

These children are some beautiful tribal children in India. Some are orphans and some are children from poor families who are unable to care for them. They are cared for by our friends who have taken these children into their home (32 of them now) and care for them the best way they can. I am president of Operation Good News(OGN), an outreach ministry, and I do short term missions to India most times with a team, and through OGN we support these kids with food, clothing, education, health needs, and teach them the word of God. If any of our SC friends would love to support these children, or join me in a missions trip to India they are welcome to do so.

The flesh continues to war agains the flesh because there has been no true repentance. Repentance means to be crucified with Christ, by faith. That means that we stop all flesh feeding activities and give flesh no occasion. We place all of our eternal hope in the Lord Jesus and He supplies the desire and the will to do His good please, which is obedience and faith.

Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
