Precious Faith

Looking at the New Testament it appears that the early church spread the Gospel by word of mouth. Outsiders in the first century were taken back by the love they shared for one another, the devotion to their God, and the joy they had despite difficult circumstances. By Our Love
The Church of Tulsa met for the second time tonight. There are only four of us; that number includes Baby Lily. We are learning wonderful lessons despite our small number. Our first meeting was on Sunday and we learned Chinese Buffet Church is a bad idea. Two of us got sick and all of us were worn out after gorging ourselves for an hour, live and learn. Despite our interesting beginnings tonight was productive and full of God's grace.

If you can't find a house church as fast as you would like, I would encourage you to open your home for a meal or a friendly visit with a neighbor or fellow working and soon..you'll start sharing your experiences with Christ with the new friends you have made...poof....house church...be blessed..you don't have to start it with a sermon or a Bible..they ( your guest) will give you permission to share Jesus with them....lee smith
I'm Warren Smith. I'm in the 'Central OKC Group' on Simple Church website. In the late 80's there was a nice House Church in Tulsa. I visited there, once. It's been about 20 years; I do not know their current status, ok?
At the time, a leading Brother was 'Tom Mohn'. He was an older Brother. He was a veteran Christian, a contemorary and close friend of Gene Edwards. They rotated their gatherings among in different homes. His phone # was: 918-743-6953. Other contacts were: 445-0123 & 446-1004
