Join me to stand against this in the Schools. How can Prayer, The Bible, Jesus and the Ten Comandments be taken out of school, and yet homosexuality can be celebrated and expressed in our schools. So now your Christian child has to be subjected to this and can't say or express their feeling about it without being ridiculed, or called a bigot and hateful.We would like to have Christians who believe that this is wrong to stand up and make it known to their School Districts that this is not wanted…See More

Matthew 28:19 or Acts 2:38 You decide.

Is baptism important or just a technicality? When administering baptism should it be done using the Trinitarian formula ( Father, Son, Holy Spirit) or In the name of Jesus? You decide.

I suggest the church has a history of quoting this verse, focusing on the doctrine and ignoring the longsuffering. Then we go on to create the doctrine we assume he meant and use it to separate us from others who use different doctrine. I also suggest that the KJV is simply a foreign language. We perhaps can learn from Pagan Christianity and books like it. In our churches, are we raising the dead, healing the sick, cleansing the lepers and casting out demons? Is the message of the Kingdom of God being brought forth in a way that people are growing and being equipped to live in this Kingdom? I suggest we all know doctrine such as baptism and the trinity, but we do not have a quality relationship with God or each other. I feel that we use doctrine to build a box around the scriptures, to build a box around being a Christian. I suggest that we must learn to overcome those denominational issues that we were taught. Is the church known for what it is for or what it is against? Is the church known as a place of refuge or a place of judgment? How well do we love God, ourselves and each other? I suggest by the evidence that we are doing miserably in all of those. More people in this nation are wounded and destroyed by the church than all of the unbelievers in the nation. Bill Johnson once said something like this: "In Heaven, there is no unbelief and on earth in some places that is all that exists. We can tell which Kingdom we are closest to."
I suggest the church knows doctrine, but does not trust God for everyday living. IF that is the case, how has our doctrine served us? Religion and relationship may be diverging paths.

Again, simply opinions. :) :) I am seeking to Love God, Love myself and love others above all else and I am re-training my mind to seek first the Kingdom. IF that is doctrine, so be it. :) :)
