Well, my name is Sarah and I'm new to this site. I would love to have interesting conversations with anyone about BEING the body of Christ and exploring simple ways of meeting and expressing the love of Christ to the world. My family and I have been out of the IC for over two years now and couldn't be happier about it. We meet periodically with others and more often just as a family. We are interested in meeting others in the area who would like to fellowship together.

I am a homeschooling mom of two, I love to read and study, and I also play the bass guitar alongside my husband in our christian rock band. I guess we are pretty non traditional, so that makes us fit in even better here ;).

Seeing as how it's the New Year, I decided it was time to post a fresh new blog. 2008 is gone and 2009 is upon us. If anyone asked me I could not tell a lie, I am entirely too happy to see 2008 leave us, it was a year I would rather forget were it not for all the things that it has taught me. So nice to meet you. I see that you are a homeschool mom too. I have 3 children and am homeschooling all 3(2nd grade, 1st grade and pre-school). We love homeschooling! Anyway thank you for your comment on my page. We meet with several families every few weeks for a bible study/fellowship time and try to get together with them for other times as well. We are the only ones in our little group that live in Grove City, the rest live a bit north or west of us. I would say that we too are untraditional in our lives. I would love to hear more about you.

(We've had a "home group" for about a year now, and we just decided to begin..expanding that..) Do you have a regular gathering?
