We "gather" each Sunday evening at 5:00 P.M. for a potluck meal, fellowship, simple Bible study (might include a Superbook DVD if kids present), and prayer. We're located in a low-income apartment community, and we never know…
We're now meeting each Sundary evening at 5:00 PM here at Cedar Row Apartments, 1910 Coleman Street, Snyder, TX "doing" Acts 2:42. Join us!

About Us
My husband, David, & I first learned of Tony & Felicity Dale and the Simple/Organic way of "doing church" in August, 2009 and then were greatly blessed to be in a Tracks with them at the 2009 House2House Conference. What a wonderful experience!
We came home (to Snyder, Texas) and started a house church at our apartment complex a couple of weeks after the conference with another couple from our area, Jack & Kim.
As of this writing, David & I are reading The Rabbit & the Elephant. Excellent book! Great job, Tony, Felicity, & George (Barna)! We resonate with so much of what they are sharing in this book and have a passion to be used of the Lord in a fresh and new way, having spent, collectively (between David & I), over 80 years in the institutional church.
We long to "hook up with" others who are exploring "rabbit trails." And note that more than here on Simple Church, we're mostly on Facebook. You can send us a message here or there. Either way, we'd love to hear from you.

Looking to Meet Others "doing" House Church
Hello all!
My husband, David, & I live in rather remote Snyder, Texas--about 90 miles from Abilene...and Lubbock...and Midland...and just about everywhere, I guess. :-)
We attended the 2009 House2House Conference at the DFW Airport. It was wonderful.
Since then, we've "loosely" explored "doing" church with another couple and a few of the residents in our apartment complex (we're owners). The Lord is definitely leading in the direction of house…

Greetings to you in the name of our lord and Jesus Christ. People memorize many things, some useful, some less. so there is certainly value in committing scriptures verses to memory or the information in an academic course…in this latest generation people are searching for something through there eyes. They forget what they are hearing …. And Television has put an impact on children and youth .they are attracted to the colorful visions. Since days are for fast running with technical instruments. I have got some request for our church development. Every time messages and songs might bore the people there should be something which attracts them .so I have a small suggestion regarding this. Why can’t we show them some film shows like missionary biographies or some prophet’s stories from bible.
Where these film shows bring interest in children and youth. When they see these movies they clearly come to know the real facts which happened earlier. So to bring an interest and enthusiasm in church people showing some film shows, I need a
Projector,
Screen
DVD player
Sound system.
Laptop
As Jeremiah 3:15 says then I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding. ..
I want to lead and guide the souls who are in our church. Since each one has different attitudes and thoughts I want to make them one Christ.
