Glad you shared this, Jim. and we are further encouraged to realize how God's kids hear the Spirit's voice warning about these things and more. May the Lord grant us always & everywhere that clean/clear conscience which is able to help…

Praise the LORD, Steve! I truly can relate to what you're writing here. Brother, even the organic church, I should intimate, is still entrapped in the old thinking from the old traditional churches. People who got tired and grossed over still…

Seeing A Simple Church Dream Come True

I am seeing a dream come true.  It is so exciting. For 40 years, I've dreamed that a church meeting could operate without the programming, control, and/or direction of a human leader.  I've searched the country looking for such a church but couldn't find one.  I've also devoured church history looking for one.  I found two examples there.  Paul of Tarsus wrote in the New Testament that when Christians meet together that each one should participate in the meeting as led by the Holy Spirit.  I…See More

Lessons The Simple Church Movement Can Learn From Facebook

The church in America is struggling, losing members, shrinking.  On the other hand, Facebook is growing by leaps and bounds.  What can the church learn from Facebook?*  People love to connect with other people.  They want to be part of a network of people.  Facebook allows people to connect and to communicate with each other.  Perhaps the church should encourage people to connect with each other more than with the minister, the sermon, or the Sunday morning program.*  People are capable of…See More

JIm, I will give Larry your information. As a full time street evangelist he is all over and and I think would benefit from knowing you and your ministry for people he meets in that area. On your end has the Lord been drawing your attention or speaking to you about hebriac traditions, such as the feast or the hebrew orientation towards worship in the family and home. I am not messianic at all but the Lord has been speaking to us here about finding deeper understanding through the symbolism and parallels of the feast days. Comment when you can. Blessings to you and your ministry.
