Thomas, Welcome!!! I see you have a few others that are from Savannah as well. Are you guys a home church?? How did you find out about Simple Church.com. I am in Statesboro, GA.

That's great! My husband and I moved to Statesboro in Aug. 07. My dad is Tim Mather. They have been in Portal for about 4 years now. Things are in a shift over here. CBI Covenant Bible Institute no longer exists and we are primarily doing retreats from a open church/simple church point of view. The retreats are kept to a small number and held in our home. We have had 6 Deliverance Retreats this year and we just finished the Pilgrimage to Portal, which is an oversized retreat for family and family from all over.
We have a handful of people that have come through the deliverance retreats from Savannah. I will point them your way for house church.

Good to hear from you! God's been doing some awesome things in our Eastern, KY home for unwed mothers (we call it the Karen Larson Home in memory of my first wife). I will be sure to be in touch whenever we head down your way. God bless!

I am Richard from Germany, only now I realised your introduction on Simple Church Europe. For a longer time I haven`t been here.
For 5 year I am working in northern Romania near the border to Ukraine. Last year I planned to visit the Urkaine in the south, but a flood came and destroyed some main railway lines so I couldn`t go there. For this year I am planning again. But I have no adress there to go. Do you have any adress for me, for instance a church, that I can visit, recommended by you?

I have lived and served as a missionary in Kiev, Ukraine for the past 11 years.
