Thanks for your comment William. I love your profile picture:) Spanky is the man LOL.

I understand all to well about rejection from institutionalized Christianity. I am, however, excited about what God is doing in this hour. He is opening the eyes of many people.

As I told you already, I have some friends in up in your neck of the woods. They are as much as a "square pegs" as you and I are. I will be going up there about once a month for no other reason than to get these people together. I am not trying to start something; I think we have enough of things being started if you know what I mean. I feel it good to just get people together and let God do what he wants to.

I wold invite you to come up there sometime, when and if there is a gathering. I will know more this weekend. Just let me know if you are interested.

Thanks again for the kind word. God bless you my friend.

William, I read of your CC experience on James Lee's comment wall. Your story is consistent with what CC senior pastors feel they must do (to maintain the system). I was with a CC for 12 years, and was asked to leave in '89 for asking too many questions. 5 years later, received a call from them welcoming me back, but, by then they had become a mega-Calvary. I have since heard CC folks describe their institution as more of a Bible school than a church; even to recommend that people normally will stay with them but for a few years of "teaching". Maybe that is the confusion: they really want to be moreso a Bible teaching facility/college?
