Too many times we want the gift that God has given us to be developed, but we don’t want God. Wanting God is something done with action and not our mouth. We have gotten away from interpretation of the Word of God solely based on the authority of the Bible. We have a tendency to look at the Word of God and then look toward someone that looks mature in the faith and benchmark what we have read with their life. Well. . .It's started now!

Last Saturday, May 16, 2009, 'we' declared the first day of The Church in Texarkana. That makes today, day 3. We (2 families and my son) got together and shared what we were doing by starting a house church, Asked and answered questions, had a common meal together with communion, sang songs, prayed and just worshiped in general. On The Road Again

This week, we are in the beautiful Smokey Mountains (NC). We left KY yesterday after a great house gathering with friends. God is so good! Discouraged!

We have been out of the organized church for about 11 yrs. We have home churched about 9 of those

years. It all started out good but took a turn about half way through. We became a church meeting in

the homes. We have tried to go back to traditonal churches but am not satifisfied. We are lonely, we have
