Christians are all around you
I was introduced to a gentleman, by a friend who is a devout Catholic and committed Christian, at work yesterday who is a born-again Christian. He told me briefly what is history was. Mothers Day was a good day. We watched the kids for Elena and Rob while they went out and had time to them selves and we took the kids to Kurt and Sirena’s. Yesterday afternoon, after I wrote out my journal, Tom and I spent a little time together and he ended up ranting and raving at God, hollering and stomping, pounding and whatever else he could think of that was not destructive… Telling God that he was done if He didn’t do what Tom wanted Him to do because he “couldn’t take it any longer” (sounds like something Oswald said a couple days ago!)… He was finished, “finito!!”… Basically, he had a melt down! I don’t even know where to begin… I suppose I will begin with the church's 15th anniversary celebration on Sunday the 4th. We helped Adam and Candis this morning a little bit with their moving. Adam mostly wanted to have a little surprise party for her so he didn’t really plan to have us help too much but I was able to pack and clean their kitchen while we where waiting for the timing of the party to line up. I had a very rough night last night! I didn’t get to bed until 1:00am and then woke up a 3:00am with my nose going crazy. I blew my nose, and tried to breath until about 3:30 then decided I needed to go down stairs so that Tom could sleep. I had a good day yesterday. I got up and worked out on the treadmill and praised the Lord in tongues and in English. I was praying in tongues in a repeating prayer fashion almost like a cadence style (maybe to the rhythm of music I was working out to). I have a bit to catch up on… I obviously have finished my fast and am now working on getting back to normal. The last couple of days were very hard on me physically. My lower back ached so bad that I could not get into a comfortable position to sleep. Also, my “Restless Leg Syndrome” kicked in since I did not get any potassium and my feet were always so cold I could not get them warm! Yesterday was a good day spent with Angel :) I was very tired after not getting much sleep but over all it was a good day.
