Mercy and Grace - The Woman Caught in the Act of Adultery?

I remember visiting a home group for one of the local churches I visit, where a lady and I struck up a conversation about God’s Mercy and Grace.

The explanations of mercy and grace I gave her, was that Mercy is when you don’t get what you deserve, and Grace is when you get what you don’t deserve.

To illustrate, if you are speeding on the road, and the police pull you over, and he does not give you a ticket.  That’s…

Seeing A Simple Church Dream Come True

I am seeing a dream come true.  It is so exciting.

For 40 years, I've dreamed that a church meeting could operate without the programming, control, and/or direction of a human leader.  I've searched the country looking for such a church but couldn't find one.

Happy Pentecost!

Shalom!

Every day is a gift from the Father, but today is a special day for His children! Last night began the fourth of God's seven appointed times, or mo'edim in Hebrew. True Treasures!

Happy New Year's to everyone and God bless you all with the love and wonder of his Son Jesus Christ. May this year bring you the treasures that truly count. LOVE that flowed down the cheeks of Father as he watched his son suffer for us. PEACE that comes when you know that your care is in the hands of a loving Creator. JOY that comes when God's love fills your heart and flows out to touch others.

Another precious gift for our time.

As I feast on God's Word and the abundance of gifted resources that I have been blessed with, I feel the obligation to keep passing on as much as I can in my senior years. David Wilkerson is one more of those precious gifts from God to His Church that I have been aware of almost from the begining of my adult Christian life. He began his ministry in the inner city of New York City and God gave him an incredible ministry among gang members. His story is told in the book "The Cross and… Continue
