Are You Certain About God's Forgiveness

Are you a sinner saved by grace? That would have been my description of myself until I began to see the true Gospel! Now I realize I have believed a lie perpetuated by the Christian religious system that is into works. If you  have that mindset of still a sinner, consider clicking here to find out more about His huge forgiveness.

THE CLOTHING OF THE BRIDE OF CHRIST

“’Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.

Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear.’ (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of

the saints.)”
Rev. 19:7-8…

Clear Differences between Mormonism and Christianity.

The Error of Mormonism

By Tal Davis

"But they use words just like ours: gospel, savior, atonement, virgin birth. In fact, don't they also baptize by immersion, send out missionaries, and talk about the gospel? It seems that their view of salvation is just like Baptists and other evangelicals! Isn't…

The origin of the faith that saves.

Where Does The Faith that Justifies Originate?

“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:”(Rom 5:1)

I would like to consider with you the source or origin of the faith that justifies us before God. Our salvation as believers in Jesus Christ is by grace, few who would read this would deny this truth. Yet, as I have asked this question to many among the body of Christ there are two very different understandings… Continue

Simple Fallacies of Universal Salvation #1

The simplest believer in Jesus can find and explain the fallacies of erroneous doctrines if they use some simple principles.

1. If you know the Lord, HIS spirit will lead you. But watch that it is the same spirit that led you to Christ.

2. The scriptures were written by men inspired by HIS spirit. When you read them, HE will speak out of them.

3. HIS sheep hear his voice. You will know when it is HIM.

4. HIS spirit and HIS word will agree and will be… Continue

Ponder on This!

"Permissiveness is the new grace doctrine. 'Don't condemn the sinner.'

We rebuke for rebuking. What an oxymoron!

In fear of legalism we have torn down the fences of restraint. Now we are paying for it with the marriages of our offspring."

Words from The Fire

A New Book about "Hearing the Voice of God in the Ten Commandments".

Al Mohler, President of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, has written a book that I've been waiting for for a long, long time. In my opinion, it just may be the best book in our generation on the Ten Commandments. Imagine my great delight when I began reading and realized that Mohler was committed to seeing these famous Biblical words from the Old Testament from the perspective of the New… Continue

Agree with One Another; Live in Peace!

Finally, brothers, rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. (2Co 13:11 ESV)

I've found myself in a place these past few years were I can't find any peace within the walls of church. It seems that all the churches I've attended have a social structure that I find it difficult to conform to.

I wasn't always at odds with this way of Christian life. When I got saved I was in… Continue

Understanding Our Inheritance

It seems to be time for believers in Jesus to realize and to spend their inheritance in Him. The riches of our inheritance mentioned in Ephesians are not to be spent later, but are "in the bank" for today. Jesus was raised from the dead so that we would have access. We do acknowledge the truth of what Jesus has done, but don't really experience it, and we have been satisfied with that position. This needs to change.

The excerpt below is from a recent book titled "Releasing the Power… Continue

God Doesn't Love You for a Reason

[This article is reproduced here from the original on my blog.]

"God never loved you for a reason. God loves you."

Wayne Jacobsen said that, and there is great truth in his words. He speaks about our impulse for merit—our striving to be worth loving. And he is right: there is absolutely no… Continue

Love Your Enemy

Good morning! I hope you had a great weekend.

Last night I was watching the AFC Championship Game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens. Late in the game there was a devastating hit between a Steelers’ player and a Ravens’ player. The Ravens’ player laid motionless on the ground for a number of minutes and was ultimately placed on a stretcher and carted off of the field.

In football the rivalry between the Steelers and Ravens is generally described in these… Continue
