GETHSEMANE 3

The Temple Police had been hiding,
in thicket by the side of the tomb,
they had scrambled to hide in there.
since the going down of the moon.
For at the rising of the sun, what
they feared would happen had begun,
at the sound of crashing thunder,
two angels assended from the sky,
started to approach the tomb,
as they draw near, the Police had
such fear they froze as if in death,
as the angels passed them by.
their hearts they thought ,this was it,
they were going to die.
As the angels were moving the stone
away, the Temple Police went aground,
their fear had gripped them like death,
they could not make a sound.
As soon as the angels went in, the
police went running.
They ran and told the Chief Priest,
Jesus had risen from the dead,.
They told them to say that His followers
had stolen His body instead.
The police were bribed with money,
told "we will stand up for you,
just keep to your story, thats
all you have to do.
As the police left the Temple,
one said "its all lies, its not true"
I saw angels, did"nt you.
the others said, I know,
but there is nothing else we can do................to cont.
