On The Road Again

This week, we are in the beautiful Smokey Mountains (NC). We left KY yesterday after a great house gathering with friends. God is so good! I just want to thank the Lord for putting such awesome people in our lives. I am reading the book by Shane Claiborne called, "The Irresistable Revolution." I love reading a good book while on vacation. You know, God loves reading a good book too. We are His love letters in the earth. We are read of all men. We must allow God to do great things in us so men can read our lives and glorify Him. If our title reads one thing and our story is something else, we have something wrong! We must be an open book. Father writes each day in our book of life. Sometimes we don't see it or pick up on it, but He is. He writes slowly, choosing JUST the right words. What a story we are involved with and in!! We are only a PART of his mighty plan.
Please, dear reader, allow God to write your book and not you! So many people today are writing their own story...doing things their way...living life the way they want...being their own god. Today, let God write upon the fleshly tables of our hearts HIS story for the world to read and know that He is real!
