Good to hear from you and thanks for your encouragement!  

When many hear that God gives the gift of salvation to people in their lifetime on Earth, they think God's message is giving them a license to sin.  Don't believe it!  It is God's grace in Christ, extended to sinners, that gives God ALL the glory!  

When we intrude human merit into God's pure grace we steal the glory that belongs only to Christ for His extension of infinite generosity to sinners in giving Himself to die in our place.

All glory to God for His unspeakable gift!

 Amen Eric..the license to sin issue comes up alot in this grace walk...Sad...But only our Lord can reveal this truth to those still held in bondage to religion...I was once there myself.... :( 

It is "Christ Alone" that frees us....nothing of self!

Well Sandy, I don't stop by here that often anymore either, but I am happy to visit with you beautiful people like you and Bonnie because your words and insights are so refreshing. I am working on a third book to be published this year, hopefully.  I am studying a little Spanish and tinkering with the keyboard because my group gave me one as a birthday gift.  I am toying with writing some one-act plays.  It is time to "have life more abundantly," and I certainly intend to  leave some good deposits in the earth.
