I read some of your article on the millenniem, but will have to go back and read the rest when I have some more time... (kinda busy with kids right now...) I'm happy to find someone else who has a serious interest in the prophecy concerning the end, because you're right, the message of the Kingdom is really about the Kingdom that is yet to come! Honestly, I haven't yet put much consideration into the matter of the actual millenium, but have focused more on the issue of the tribulation (probably cuz that comes first...) After reading scriptures like Matthew 24 and 2 Thess. 2, I've been pretty soundly convinced that Jesus will come after the antichrist.... Anyways, I look forward to having more dialogue with you about this in the future. Till then, Daniel
Hi! I'd like to tell you that I only possess a very simple mind and a very simple faith. I am an action person. I don't want to sit and think or speculate. I only know that right now Jesus rules my heart and my life- He is my King and Lord. Being in the place where I am now is a living example of taking up ones cross and following Jesus. I do not have any other interest or desire, but to worship the King. I totally enjoy the freedom in His kingdom right now- His kingdom of love, where Galatians 5:22-23 describe this freedom as that there is no law against love or love is above any law. I am not bound by anything, but only the love of God, who is Jesus and in Him I abide and He with me- right now.
Hi Edgardo: I found your article very interesting, and have heard this teaching several times recently. I've never actually studied it out for myself, but I will look into it as time permits. Thank you for sharing your concerns with the Body of Christ. God Bless You! Jill
99% of what you wrote witnesssed with my spirit, i did not understand the other 1% so will read it agian. What you have written in general is the present day truth God is bringing forth. The establishment of His kingdom in and through his Bride. There is a lot to be written on this that can't be done in a comment...
The Gospel of the Kingdom of God is going to eclipse the gospel of the churchdom... IC or SC. Jesus came preaching, repent, (change you mind) the kingdom of The heavens is at hand, in other words, it is here... the reign of the heavens will be established on earth as Jesus prayed, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Edgar,
I used to be into doctrine and the future. Now I am just into a Jesus I can walk with, talk with and get to know. It is my desire to see the Church make Jesus our real Lord and King thus making the kingdom visible on earth. I am not really to worried about the future I am just trying to follow his voice today and encourage others to do the same. C

Edgardo,
Bro., Rom 10:17 has absolutely nothing to do with doctrine or reading the Bible. Paul is talking about listening to the indwelling Lord, that still small voice within you. Faith comes by listening to and getting to really know Jesus Christ the Word of God. Here is a quote from the Jesus as recorded in the scriptures - he was speaking to men who were all about tradition and doctrine
Jn.5:39-40 “You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me; and you are unwilling to come to Me so that you may have life.
We have the scriptures that point us to Jesus but many Christians refuse to go to Jesus and instead study traditions like the rapture (I know I used to do this). These theologians were so sure they new about the timing and nature of the coming Messiah that they totally missed Him who was speaking to them. These men did not really know God or love Him (they thought they loved Him) they had simply studied about Him. Sound doctrine is good - but what we have come to know and accept as doctrine is nothing more than man's traditions.
C
PS - I lived in the Philippines for about 10 years teaching doctrine (mans traditions) - it was just my ignorance in the ways and nature of the Lord.
Abundant and eternal life to you and your family, Brother Edgardo.
I suppose that, as you say in the second reading you recommended to me, it would be important to know the timing of the rapture. Also, as you wrote in that article, "We had better take warning. There is no doubt that the “God, that cannot lie” (Titus 1:2) means what He says and says what He means. It is a fearful thing to knowingly reject Revelation."
Now, I must know, what the people who taught you those things that you wrote in those two articles you offered me instructed you regarding the scripture that you wrote that last quote about in your article: Revelation 20:1-7. I already know, because you just taught me, that the entire bride of Christ will be reigning with Jesus during the 1000 years that satan is bound. I also just learned from you that the first resurrection is the pre-tribulation rapture.
Is it the King James version of the holy book that is at fault, or should John have finished watching the entire Left Behind series before he presumed to write the Revelation of Jesus: here it is recorded that he wrote
1) that the first resurrection is only the Believers who refused to worship the beast and his image and therefore lost their heads
2) that the rest of the dead are still in the grave during the time that satan is in the h***.
Please. What do they say?
Thanks for the time. Be blessed in every way to be and to do all that the Lord of the very ripe harvest has ordained you to (John 15:16; 1 Cor 12:18).

Thank you for inviting me to review your paper, thoughts arguments etc. It also appears that you spent quite a bit of time working on it as well. However I am going to abstain for any comment. I have been save for many years I was born a Prophet not a Theologian. I have searched the scriptures I was unable to find any place in the Bible where the statement was made” Enter into your rest my son you had great doctrine. I am more along the lines of Paul I am a practical Guy so I will say this I will not go with enticing words of men’s wisdom and believe there is plenty of that in most teaching but I will go in power and demonstration of the Kingdom of God.
Have you tried to upload the book that you mentioned? I am looking forward to seeing it. Let me know if this site will not allow it to be uploaded and we will gain another plan.
You have observed well in the scriptures that we must be perfected in our minds, hearts, and wills (soul). When we were born again from above we were given new spirits, born this time in Jesus' image, full of life, replacing the spirit that was born in Adam's image, full of death, like Seth (Genesis 5:3)
We must now be transformed by having our minds, hearts, wills renewed, gaining life there, too. Carnal mindedness *is* death, it doesn't just *lead to* death. Being Spiritually minded *is* life and peace (Romans 8:6-8)
You also described the bride of Jesus being formed out of His body well. I have not heard the overcomers described in that way - I like it. The scriptures many times describe the *obedient* as obtaining a better inheritance, and those who have overcome sin as entering into His Kingdom and His house, when others, who had the same nature, but different behavior, were thrown out. In the parable describing His Kingdom that spoke of the dragnet, all sorts of creatures were drawn into the net, but only those of a certain nature were harvested out of the crowd and kept. In the parable about His Kingdom describing the wise and the foolish virgins, all of them had the same nature, but half of them had different hearts - different souls. Those whose hearts were given over to the King entered the gate with Him when He came home. Those whose hearts were not His were put outside the wall, where they wept. The culled out in the parable describing different natures were thrown into fire. The culled out in the parable describing different hearts were thrown outside the wall. The first is a Church issue, the second is a Kingdom issue.
The second situation is seen by John in the Revelation. After he has seen all those whose names are not written in the Lamb's book of Life put in the lake of fire (Church issue) there are only Believers left to be considered. A few verses later, he saw (chapt 22:14-15) then that the obedient were given the power and freedom to enter the gates of the city, but dogs, sorcerers, sexually immoral, murderers, liars, and idolators were outside and could not enter. Not thrown into fire, but in the darkness of being outside the gate. When they could have made choices earlier based on Kingdom values, they did not and thereby lost their freedom by pretending to have it. You have stated these things well in your papers.
Your boxing up of the Kingdom of God into nothing but the 1000 years that could as easily be called "The absence of satan" as the "millenium" is from denominational headquarters, and not from the scriptures, though. That picture denies a theme that begins in Genesis and culminates in the Revelation: that our God is a King from eternity to eternity, and that His Kindom is now established in the earth as He has desired from the beginning. Isaiah 45 is an excellent picture of the Kingdom of God. A kingdom is the place or places where a king dominates, or rules. It is where he is obeyed. For example, King George of Great Britain believed at one point in his life that the land on which I sit to type this was his property. Other people, who lived up and down the eastern coast of this part of North America, proved with cannons and muskets that he was wrong. This part of his kingdom was torn from his hands as the inhabitants refused to submit to his authority - denying his dominion here as a king.
Cyrus, who Isaiah described as not knowing Yahweh, was called by Yahweh, "My messiah". He described Yahweh's intent of using Cyrus, who was king of Persia, to do His will, for the sake of Jacob, whom He loved. He was going to do things around and through Cyrus that would cause the name and fame of Yahweh to be known through the earth. He was going to reign though him from heaven.
Jesus once told some pharisees that His Kingdom was "within" or "among" (depending on your favored translators) them. A few verses later, they were plotting to murder Him. That was not His perspective as the King, however. He was ordaining them to be part of His offering of Himself as a Sacrifice for sin. He told the earthly ruler who was threatening His life that he only had authority because it had been granted to him by His Father. Paul described all authority in the earth as being from God, which is a picture of His Kingdom. We are already operating in His Kingdom as we obey Him. So are any unbelievers who do His bidding in government or business or anywhere else that He gives commands. They are not born of Him, so they are still dead, and will not enter into eternity in Him or in His Kingdom, but they are presently, through obedience, functioning in His Kingdom, which is established on the earth.
When Jesus became to us a Door, through which we now have access to the Father Who sent Him to be such, He also became a Door to the Father to have access to the earth, which He had put under the authority of men. Even unbelieving men have authority over demons who enter our realm of earth. They have this authority as sons of Adam and sons of Noah, who were given authority over the earth. Jesus entered the earth as a man and by absolute agreement with His Father the King, gave authority to Him to *estabilish* His Kingdom in the earth. We do not have to wait until satan is thumped in a h*** by one angel one day to begin to exercise authority over the created things.
So, take the land, Brother Edgardo! Be empowered to command the created order to come into alignment with the will of your Father, Who is God and King over all things and has given you authority and power and faith to exercise them. When the disciples asked Jesus for more faith in chapter 17 of Luke, His response is threefold, and describes His Kingdom being accomplished through them by faith. When the centurian told Him that He did not have to come to his house to heal his servant, *because He had authority*, Jesus marveled.
Be very blessed to be full of joy and peace and wisdom - to accomplish all that your God Who loves you enough to send Jesus for you, Who also loves the world so much that He sent you as He was sent into it.
I appreciate your desire to bless Him. You do well to honor your fathers and mothers in the faith. Do not allow them to lead you away from the scriptures, though. Their pretense of understanding the times and seasons may cause you to miss the leading of the Spirit into what He is doing. The half-hour of silence in heaven that John noted may be the King patiently waiting for foolish and presumptuous men to take all of their proud charts off the wall and repent and ask Him what He is doing and how to cooperate 8^).

Hi Edgar, Thanks for your message. I read your article and found it interesting. Please go to : http://en.preterism.com/index.php?title=Frequently_Asked_Questions#What_is_Preterism.3F
Edgardo, I agree with you concerning the millennial reign of Christ. However, I think you are splitting hairs on soul salvation. Keep the Gospel simple: Humility results in repentance which produces grace to obey the Gospel. Faith is essential, but faith without works is dead. Walk in the Light, live and walk by the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is Head of the church, so let's relate to each member of the church as just as important as we are. God's Word, prayer, fellowship, and breaking bread remain our priorities.
Edgardo, you are majoring on something that is spurious! I have been preaching/teaching/meditating/studying God's Word passionately since 1970 and the Lord has given me grace to discern His Word. You'd better be careful! Why not go out and do the things the Word teaches (faith with works: preach Jesus Christ to unbelievers, make disciples, help the poor, and send out workers ) rather than debate issues you will never be rewarded for? I don't need to read another book on man's views of theology. Praise God, I have the New Testament!
From a brother who doesn't have the college degree needed to understand the Lord's word.... the one thing we need to do is to examine ourselves as to whether we are participating in His works only observing? Participating brings about encouragement rather than disputing as an oberserver. The Lord has given us His earthly ministry when He was here on earth and now He speaks of His heavenly ministry which is to build up the Body of Christ. Grace and peace to you.
