Hey Deb, welcome aboard here ... It's a great idea, but most folks haven't yet discovered it... maybe we can do something about that...?

Who's your old friend here?

Shalom, Dena

Hey You! Thanks for the invite! Not sure if I'll have much time for this, so we'll see. Miss you all, too! Spent a good portion of August trying to see all the kids and grandkids! September always brings me back to some sort of schedule! How was the conference? Love you too, Vonny : )

Hey!
A friend? Me? Cool! So, here I am... I'm let's see what happens from here.
Funny thing is this picture came up, along with my screen name, Eleutheros, when I typed in my e-mail address.
The only place I've ever put the two together was when I left a comment on a fan website, Trower Power, after seeing my favorite guitarist, Robin Trower, at House of Blues in Dallas.
So I guess, to the world, I am Eleutheros till kingdom come...
With much agape
Dennis!

Hey Dena...
go out and play?? What a novel thought! I haven't taken time for that in a long while. I'm enjoying your posts as well...you are delving much deeper than I could ever dream to! I was telling Suzette that it is so cool that we are all sharing our different thoughts...I'm really enjoying that. Hopefully we can all remember the common thread that brought us together...HIM! You really do have a wonderful way with words! Wish we could fellowship in person!

"Konti - God never starts a thing that He doesn't complete. So, if He put this desire in your heart (and who else would've?), then it's for you to cooperate with His plan for you and others. Pray along with the unfolding of it (not asking Him for it, but asking Him to align your thinking, desires and actions with His). What else BUT His will would be done...? ;)

He's impregnated you with this desire, this dream, and it's incubating. It will take as long as it takes, but it's not a "wasted" time right now -- ask Him for daily divine encounters, with those who already know Him, and those who aren't awake to Him yet, and enjoy the ride. He has delightful things in store for you!!!"

Thank you very much sister for your encouriging words. It gives me strength to wait on the Lord.

I have never considered this long period as a waste of time. When I turn my head back to see the path I have left behind, I see only His Wisdom, His Grace, His Love. He knows me better than I know myself and while He reveals little by little of myself, I can understand bits of why He has wanted me to walk this path. Praise the Lord! How much has He loved me and I can do nothing but love Him back with His own Love.

There are five to six people who gather together during this time. There is of course one reason why the Lord has brought them to me. To love them with His love. My desire and my prayer is that I can see the mind and the heart of the Lord. My desire and my prayer is that all of us could see the mind and the heart of the Lord.

Thank you again sister. Your posts have been so encouraging, as well.

Love in Him,
Konti

Hello Dena,
Well, is everybody going to get saved and has everything already happened? How was the conference? Has all the dust settled yet?

I like your posts Dena. Very insightful. I read your posts on the "end times" discussion and although I don't like to get into those discussions too much I definitely lean toward your interpretation.

Hi Dena,
Thanks for getting back to me. You are very articulate!
For your information I had along talk with Tim King on the phone early this week. Frank Viola tried to get us together several months ago but the email was lost in Tim's spam folder and it wasn't until this week that he found it and got back to me. As you say, he was not pushy as was characteristic of others that I have encountered from the hyper-preterist view. That was refreshing. Still, I have trouble swallowing the whole enchilada of totally fulfilled eschatology, and even more trouble accepting the view of the universalism. That being said, I'd still enjoy talking with you. It's that 1 per cent that you didn't agree with in my book that I'm concerned about! :0)
I don't wear my eschatology views on my sleeve. In the ten years since I wrote that book, An Evening in Ephesus that you read, I've probably spoken on the topic less than a hand full of times. I'd much rather talk about Christ, God's purpose, the Church, knowing Him, etc. I think that is where our attention should be focused.
'Look forward to hearing from you when you get the time.
Bob

AMEN as regards Marsha Burns! A dear friend of mine who is a true revolutionary turned me on to her ministry a couple of years ago. She has really spoken into the lives of myself and my husband too. PRAISE GOD for bringing like-minded, hungry followers of Yeshua together!
Have a day FULL of His joy!!

Thanks for accepting my invite, I really appreciate it!

My name is Dana Cashwell and I along with my husband Travis, my three kids, Cameron 6 (she's a girl), Madeline 4 and Thomas 3 we left the church 2 years ago to BE the Church. The problem was we didn't know how to do it. Travis and I grew up in church so when we explained to our family, friends and church what God wanted us to do, the majority of them considered us apostates and heretics. Don't get me wrong, they loved us in their way, they just didn't support us.

A year ago, along with some of the friends we had left, started something called So What! Ministries (shameless plug: www.sowhatministries.com). Which was all about getting people off their butt and serving their community/church/family. Then we read Pagan Christianity. Mainly because George Barna was listed as an author. After reading it, we devoured everything that Frank Viola has written because he put on paper what we were going through and what to do about it. We're in the process now of revamping and updating everything.

I felt like I was wandering in the wilderness for 2 years searching for the promised land; thank God I finally found it!
