Frank, again I am sorry if the twitter post was not understandable by itself. Jesus Christ raised up other men to be His disciples and do His work and even put their interests before His own. He humbled Himself and died for others being a servant (Philippians 2). I see a great need in house church ministries to not focus on some of the more gifted brothers but raise up all the believers to be fruiful in their walks with the Lord and to raise up many servant leaders. The right focus should always be others. I hope that helps you understand where I was coming from brother.
