a bit ironic to see some organization & leader titles pasted into this video.

There's a baby step described here.

Many of the gatherings are already about taking the larger steps of anticipating leadership in every person whom we know to be "kings and priests unto our God". A risk for those who simply stop with what is described at this video, with their relationships leaning back toward a primary paternal/maternal; the reseeding of clergy-laity. There are paternal aspects to family, while there is also much more. Despite Paul's reasonable claim upon the Corinthian believers [I Corinthians 4], it is God who is now our Father and we are all brothers.

Also a bit disappointing to see here networking presented as a HC must have, while visiting one another actually functions best without such requisite/rule.

Let Christ lead in each and all of you that are His, knowing His expression will gladly complete the leading rolls and everything else needful.
